昔ながらの中華そばといった感じで、優しい味でした。御馳走さまでした。
I love to eat ramen in the tatami room, so I was able to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつては庄内で一番美味いと言われなかなか入れなかったお店。今はすっかり落ち着いて土曜のお昼時でも並ばずに食べられます。メニューは中華そば、普通盛りと大盛の二つだけ。油は調整できないですが、味の濃さと麺の固さは調整できるようです。あっさりとしたノーマルな中華そば。普通に美味しいです。
A restaurant that was once said to be the most delicious in Shonai and it was hard to get in. Now it is quite calm and you can eat without having to go along even at Saturday lunchtime. The menu is Chinese soba, only two of the normal risotto and sashimi. I can not adjust the oil, but I can adjust the thickness of the taste and the hardness of the noodles. Normal Chinese soba. It is usually delicious.

郊外の住宅街のはずれにあって、こんなところにとびっくりします。駐車場は店の周囲に点在していて、十分だと思います。
店の中は、テーブルと小上がりがあり、それほど広くはありません。
メニューはなんと二種類だけ。それも普通盛りと大盛りなので、実質は一種類だけです。
味は、昔ながらのラーメンですが、少ししょっぱく感じました。
I can't read the sentence below. Everything is a place name. It seems to be a famous store locally.
It's located on the outskirts of a residential area in the suburbs, and I'm amazed at a place like this. The parking lots are scattered around the store, which I think is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープは薄いダシを甘辛い醤油だれでカバーしている感じ。麺は中太ストレートで、もたつく歯ごたえ。チャーシューはしょっぱ目ですが、昔ながらのほどよい脂の抜け具合、歯ごたえで唯一いい感じです。未だに人気が衰えないのはなぜ？
The soup feels like a thin dashi covered with sweet and soy sauce. The noodles are medium thick straight and chewy. Although the char siu is a bit of a chopped eye, it is the only good feeling with the old-fashioned moderate fat removal and texture. Why isn't it still popular?
