見	見てご、聞いてご。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月21日(木)19時頃、レジ係のスタッフさんは、かなりのソーシャルディスタンスで「コロナになりたくないから客と向き合いたくない」という気持ちがすごく態度にあらわれていて、せっかく自分が欲しがった商品に出会えて嬉しかったのに、、残念な方でした。なんかこう…落ち着きがないというか。最低でも、客を目の前にしたら「いらっしゃいませ」とお辞儀をし、そんなに待たせていなくても「大変お待たせいたしました」と言い、ポイントカードアプリを出すのにモタモタしているなぁと思ったとしても、そこはイライラせずに笑顔で「あの、すみません。ポイントカードはこのどれか、、お持ちできたらご提示いただけますでしょうか」とゆっくりしゃべりながらご案内して時間稼ぎをしてあげるとスムーズに繋がります。そして最後はきちんと「ありがとうございました」「またのお越しをお待ちしております」と、これぐらいは言ってほしかったです。できれば、中西讃エディオンのパートのお姉さんの接客態度を見習ってほしいですね。 Around 19:00 on October 21st (Thursday), the cashier staff had a great social distance, and the feeling that "I don't want to face the customer because I don't want to be a corona" appears in my attitude, and I really want it.
