は	はなこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年以上、使っているので電池の持ちが悪くなり相談で訪問。男性スタッフの半笑い対応に、苛々しました！今回の対応に限らず、スマホの設定が完全でなかったために、Wi-Fiの接続が不安定でした。アプリの解約についても説明不足！買わないと対応悪くなるの、気分良くないですよ。マイショップを別のショップへ変えます。 I have been using it for more than 3 years, so the battery life is getting worse and I visited for consultation. I was frustrated by the half-laughing of the male staff! Not limited to this support, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable because the smartphone settings were not perfect. Insufficient explanation about cancellation of the app! If you don't buy it, you'll get sick, and it doesn't feel good. Change my shop to another shop.
あ	あき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が…店員はちゃんとしてるつもりだろうけど…見方した感じが凄い…私だけかと思って居たら付き添ってくれと言った母も感じ悪かった…って。なんでも知ってる？つもりで喋らないで欲しい。付き添いが全て分かっているかのように離さないで…契約する本人が理解出来なくても貴方達は販売するのですか？付き添いが聞いてるから良いよね？的な対応辞めて欲しい。10分後に行ったら担当変わってるし…最後までしろよ…接客として最低…気分悪いわ? The customer service ... the clerk is going to do it properly ... the way I looked at it was amazing ... the mother who told me to accompany me if I was alone was also bad ... Do you know anything? I don't want you to speak. Don't let go of it as if you know all your attendants ... do you sell even if you don't understand the contractor? Is n’t it good because you ’re listening to your companion? I want you to quit. If you go 10 minutes later, you'll be in charge ... Until the end ... as a customer service ... I feel bad ...
I	Incubation Period on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひどい。2年モノのガラケー画面がつかなくなったと父がショップへ。見るなり故障と言われ、使えないであろうスマホへの切り替え【のみ】を勧められたそう。そこで私に電話があり、電池抜き差しを指示したら、それで治りました。電池抜き差しは基本でしょ？しないようマニュアルにあるの？お詫びもなかったそうです。客を金づるとしか見ていない印象を受けました。 Terrible. My father went to the shop when I couldn't touch the featured screen for 2 years. It was said that it was a malfunction, and he was advised to switch to a smartphone that could not be used [only]. There was a call to me, and I told him to remove and insert the battery. Batteries are basically inserted and removed, right? Is it in the manual not to? Apparently there was no apology. 上	上田雄太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名義変更とともに障害者手帳の提示も必要になるなら一緒に教えてほしかったです。名義変更したらハーティ割引がスライドされるから手帳はいらないのかと思ってしまいました。来店した時に手帳が必要といきなり言われたので当然手帳取りに家に戻りました、二度手間になりました。ドコモは電波もいいし店員も優しい(気軽に聞ける、有料オプション契約してたら教えてくれて解約をすすめてくれる)のに勿体ないなぁと思いました。 I wanted you to tell me if you need to show your disability certificate along with your name change. I wondered if I didn't need a notebook because the Hearty discount would slide if I changed my name. When I came to the store, I was suddenly told that I needed a notebook, so I naturally went home to get a notebook, which was a hassle twice. DoCoMo has good radio waves and the clerk is kind (feel free to listen, if you have a paid option contract, he will tell you and recommend cancellation), but I thought it was a waste.
香	香西彩子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は10年前からドコモショップゆめタウンで丁寧親切安心して　お世話になっていましたが、事情あり１年前　綾川イオンキャンペーンで他社に乗り換えましたが、高松西の店へと言われ予約したのに40分待たされ我慢も限度で帰りますといい帰り機種の説明も連絡もなく１年間苦戦しながら持っていた時に以前のドコモから電話あり気が引けましたが大丈夫ですよと予約入れますから心配なく相談して下さいと言われて行き　やっぱりドコモゆめタウンは　どの社員の方も親切安心丁寧で大変満足しました。担当者の方には大変お世話になりました。今後もお世話になると思いますが、安心しています。よろしくお願い致します。 I have been polite, kind and reassuring at the docomo Shop Yume Town for 10 years, but due to circumstances I switched to another company in the Ayagawa Aeon Campaign a year ago, but I was told to go to the Takamatsu Nishi store and made a reservation.
