★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日ドーナツとコーヒーを頂いたのですが、いつも付いているナプキンが付いてなくテーブル上にも見当たらないので店員の方にナプキン下さいとお願いしました。怪訝な顔をしてカウンターの中から取り出してくれたのですが、あまり良い感じはしませんでした。なぜドーナツと一緒にナプキンを付けてくれなかったのでしょうか？
 I had a donut and coffee today, but I didn't have the napkin that I always have, and I couldn't find it on the table, so I asked the clerk to give me a napkin. He looked suspicious and took it out of the counter, but it didn't feel very good. Why didn't you put on the napkin with the donuts?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今限定で出ているザクザクシリーズが欲しかったが最初一つもなかった。レジで確認すると、一種類は出来たとこのとで店員さんが取ってくれました。平日の昼間でしたが、スタンダード以外もコンスタントに並べて欲しいと思いました。
I wanted a crunchy series that is only available now, but I didn't have one at first. When I checked at the cash register, the clerk told me that one type was made. It was daytime on weekdays, but I wanted people other than the standard to be lined up constantly.

今回だけじゃないので投稿。
汁そばを頼んだらドーナツとセットにできませんと。それはしかたないのでかまいませんが、今まではお水を付けてくれてましたが、前いた女性の方が居ないからしかたないかな。
器とレンゲに汚れが付いていて不快でしたが、レジの人が怖いので我慢。
気持ち悪くてほぼ残しました。
ドーナツには紙ナプキンもついてなくてチョコレートが手について最悪でした。
今まで来た中で1番最低。
しっかり上層部の人が管理し直す必要有りでは？

If I ordered soup soba, I couldn't make it with a donut. It doesn't matter because it can't be helped, but until now it has been watered, but I wonder if there is no woman in front of me.
It was unpleasant because the bowl and the astragalus were dirty, but I was afraid of the cashier, so I put up with it.
I felt uncomfortable and almost left it.
The donuts didn't even have paper napkins and chocolate was the worst for my hands.
The worst I've ever come to.
Isn't it necessary for upper management to re-manage it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミスドのドーナツは子どもが喜ぶのでたまに買いに行きます。
ですが、こちらの店舗に限ったことではないですが、学生のアルバイト？の店員さん(若い女性)の接客が軒並み残念な印象です。
とにかく接客が抑揚なく事務的＆機械的な感じ。
基本持ち帰りしかしないので会計が早いのに越したことはないですが、声のトーンを少し明るくするだけでも印象が違うのになと思いました。
I sometimes go to buy Mister Donuts because my children are happy.
However, it is not limited to this store, but is it a student part-time job? The customer service of the clerk (young woman) is disappointing.
Anyway, the customer service feels clerical and mechanical without intonation.
Basically, I only take it home, so it's good to have a quick checkout, but I thought that just making the tone of the voice a little brighter would make a different impression.

早めに準備してほしかった
