★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応が凄く良かったです‼️スマートホンの機種変更の時バックアップが出来てなくって?しばらくはKsデンキに行くことをタメラってました。でも久しぶりに行くことになって「携帯の再登録で何か言われるんじゃないか？」って思ってましたけど☺️テキパキとしたスマホ操作でパスワードの再入力も終わり、これで安心してスマホを持ってKsデンキさんに買い物に行けます‼️どこのデンキ店の店員さんも同じ状況なら同じ事をしたとは思いますが、僕は、この時対応してくれたカウンターにいた若い女性店員さんに『感謝』です。これからもKsデンキさん?よろしくお願いします‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広々としていて、とても見やすいです。
ただ、そんなに混んでもいないのに、店員さんの接客サービスを受けるのに、かなり待たされます。
酷いときは、｢もう、帰ろうかな？｣と思うほど(-_-;)
それと、ケーズさん全店に言えますが、その場で現金値引きするというスタイル、やめませんか？
客側からすれば、ただのパフォーマンスとしか思えません。
安い商品に手を出すと、ちょうど１年ぐらいで壊れるし、１年保証しか付けていなければ、当然、直すとなれば修理代が必要で、その修理代がビックリするほど高い！
･･･で、結局、新しい商品に買い換える方が得となる。
総合的に考えると、電化製品を買うのに、｢K'sデンキじゃなきゃ！｣と思わせる要素がない。

… So, in the end, it is better to buy a new product.
Overall, there is no element that makes me think "I have to be K's Denki!" When buying electrical appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンを見に行ったのですが、店員さんに色々小難しいことも聞いたが凄い細かいことまで答えてもらい良かった。隣にメーカ出向の人が一緒に隣で聞いてたのにそのメーカのお殿様的な悪いとこもズケズケ言ってくれたとこも◎
後はもう少し安くなれば･･･

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高松本店と比べると品数豊富少ないですが店内のゆったりさは同様なのでのんびりと商品を選べました。レジの店員さんがとてもわかりやすく丁寧で気持ち良かったです(*^^*)
