型落ちになる機種が「展示品」価格で税込み19万した。店員さんに交渉するも「展示品」なので特別に下げているから18万5千円が限界とのこと。かなり迷ったが展示期間を聞くと約1年。在庫は取り寄せも不可とのことで即決は見送った。店を出て価格コムで調べると税込み17万程度。なにげなく隣のヤマダデンキへ立ち寄ってびっくり。税抜14万台税込み16万台で販売しており、5年保証を付け込み込み17万で即決した。危うく1年間展示されたパソコンを割高で買わされるところだった。
ヤマダデンキの底力をみた気がしました。お陰で大満足の買い物になりました。

When I left the store and looked it up on Kakaku.com, it was about 170,000 including tax. I was surprised to stop by Yamada Denki next door. It sells 140,000 units excluding tax and 160,000 units including tax, and it was decided promptly at 170,000 with a 5-year warranty. I was about to buy a personal computer that was exhibited for a year at a high price.
I felt that I saw the power of Yamada Denki. Thanks to you, I was very satisfied with my shopping.

「この商品にギフト券は使えますか？」と質問したところ、約15分待たされましたが一向に答えが出ず。
その間「少々お待ちください」などの言葉は一切無し。代わりに「こんなん中(リスト？)から全部調べられんぞ」などの不満の声が聞こえてきました。店員が少しずつ増えて5人になりましたが、全員目の前の客が見えていない様子。
隣のケーズデンキに確認したら30秒で答えが出ました。
もちろん、「調べますので少々お待ちください」の言葉もありました笑
購入する物が決まっており、店員に話しかけられるのが苦手な人には良い店かもしれません。私は二度とごめんですが。
