★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I visited and was surprised since it was so crowded by business people, but soon I found the reason. The staff are all well organized and so friendly, and the dishes are delicious so much. Lot of wine and beer and cocktails. Nice place to have dinner and good drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Eataly! They have two coffee bar areas for delicious cappucinis. There's gelato, salami, prosciutto, cheeses, pastas... Even a canoli bar! Olive oil, dry pastas sauce vinegars and spices to buy for home. Snacks available for train too. Apero available on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to pick up some Italian staples, like pasta, sauces, chocolates, cookies, etc. for later. There's also a restaurant in the back, as well as a few isolated tables within the shop, where you can enjoy selections from the cheese and meat counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with an amazing selection of Italian goods. I’ve been to the Eataly locations in Manhattan and Chicago and was pleasantly surprised to find this location in Tokyo station! They have a wide variety of goods and some small restaurant areas, although since the leases on real estate in Tokyo are such a premium, the store is a quite smaller square footage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza crust is oily like at Saizeria. Hey, it's 2000yen+ pizza!
I went on a weekday, there was no lunch menu. Full price!
Staff trying to sell you a drink, a dessert, a koffee like in Europe. But no free grissini like in Italy.
Go for DaMichele or Saize!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their popular Maritozzo and actually it was more than I expected. I ordered a regular one with orange peel inside the cream which didn’t have enough strong orange scent for me, to be honest. But I found their dough just AMAZING. Chewy, rather hard texture with a slight sweetness. I even went look for it if these breads are regular products…unfortunately looks like not. I will definitely visit here again for these Maritozzo buns. Thanks Eataly for this great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a real nice place to buy Italian food & beverage specialties. Very impressive to check the assortment here of cheese, salami, mortadella, chocolates, pasta, wines, gelato and others. It’s possible to order and eat inside as well as enjoy the cafeteria, as I have done today. I was back yesterday, to try the restaurant. It was 6pm on a Saturday and all the tables were occupied or reserved but we got two seats at the counter. Food was great as expected, I asked for a papardella with duck sugo. Only problem is the uncomfortable seat at the counter.
