今回はランチコースでの予約。
丸ビルの35階にあるこちら、お昼でも満席でさすが人気店だなと、コースもこちらの食べるスピードに合わせて料理が提供されスムーズに食事することができました！
どの料理も綺麗で見ても食べても楽しめるものばかり！次はディナーで利用させて頂きます！
ごちそうさまでした。

うちは、お肉や魚より炭水化物が食べたい派なのでパスタランチは最高のコースメニュー。
デザートも甘すぎず辛党には嬉しい。
サービスの距離感も適度にフレンドリーで好感が持てます。
ワインも並々と注いでくれて大満足。
前菜のカプレーゼも、素材の良いものを使っていると感じましたし、フォアグラも庵野芋との組み合わせが斬新かつバランスもとれていてとても美味しかったです。わざあり、センスあり、と感じました。
お店のロケーションや雰囲気、景色も良いので、この価格、この味、サービスであれば、パーフェクトなお店だと感じました。
あ、初回の訪問は夜でしたが、夜も同じように全てのお料理が美味しく、驚きや感動があり、サービスも気持ちよく、価格もちょうどよく大満足でした。
またお邪魔したいと思います。

13時からゆっくり2時間半くらい、お料理出して頂くペースはかなりゆっくりめな印象だけど、
急かされることなく楽しめる時間でした。
アペタイザーはピザ生地を揚げたものを生ハムと。
ピザ生地のふっくら感と塩味がちょうどよく美味しい。
カルパッチョのレモンソースとフェンネルの組み合わせも良きでした。
フォアグラはちょっとしつこめだったけど添えられた熟成芋のローストがすごく甘くて◎
イチボに添えられた玉ねぎのグリルも美味しい。
全体的にメインより周りの野菜やソースが印象的だったけと満足感の高いランチでした。
