weekend brunch much better value than weekday lunch. weekday lunch only includes a miniscule portion, whereas weekend brunch gives you a normal sized portion and is also semi-buffet meal. prices are in the same ballpark.

The service was definitely awful. The staff were all rude and inappropriate. They don't treat people with young kids as "CUSTOMER". They discriminate people who has kids. They apparently also discriminate people who are from developing countries. Here is the detail (if you're interested). A friend called the restaurant and told that a child will accompany our group. The staff who took the phone didn't ask about the child's age and just accepted our reservation. Apparently, they strictly do not accept kids younger than 6. We've never told that until we arrived but we told the staff that we feel okay to cancel the reservation and change the venue. (The reservation we made was a one that doesn't charge us for cancellation) However, they allowed us to come in as a special case. But they started to take advantage that we are a special case. Their attitude was super rude and they were making faces to show annoyance. The Japanese manager came to our table, just to tell us that we have to pay for the kid, even if he is under 6. He sounded like, "If your kid is going to eat, we'll have to make you pay for it." How rude is that?? Also, they continuously insisted us to divide into two tables because we were being loud and harassing other customers, and we were occupying the neighbor customer's space. (Which actually is not true because the kid was eating silently and both seats were quite spacious) We felt so uncomfortable and decided to leave early and asked for check. At this point, one of us arrived to the restaurant late and hasn't eaten nor drunk anything they served. But the Japanese manager came with a check including the one came late. I insisted him to exclude one person but the Japanese manager was like "No, that is not acceptable. All of you will be charged for the buffet because you reserved." (Again, they don't charge for cancellation) We were not asked about the kid's age at the reservation call, but the manager also insisted, "No, no, that would not happen. We always ask about the kid's age." So he continuously did not admit that they are faulty. Also, one of us did not speak Japanese so complained a non-Japanese manager about the whole rudeness. The non-Japanese asked which country she was from. Does her nationality matter to how they treat the customers? That is a total discrimination. They probably treat people from developing countries worse and advanced countries better.

Set up is good and spacious. Terrible service by front desk man! No greeting and asked us to wait for a while even though we had a reservation. The reservation time was 8:30pm but was escorted to the table at 8:40pm. Then the drink menu was brought at 9pm and food menu a further 10minutes later! For a 5 star hotel based restaurant better service is expected... terrible in comparison to other restaurants in Japan.

The restaurant interior is just amazing. Beautifully decorated, the smallest details included. Really great atmosphere and hospitality from the waiters whom are extremely attentive and gentle. The view from the windows is astonishing too. Food was very nice too.

This is a great restaurant with very good food. The only problem we had we was that all of our food was served tepid to cold. I think there was a breakdown with the running of the food to the table from the kitchen. My wife's appetizer seafood with cream was so cold that the cream was at room temperature. All of our courses were cold. Only good thing was the food was tasty. The servers were very good at keeping our wine glasses full.

For the price and what you expect for this level restaurant it's definitely below average. Came for lunch and was slow/ poor service, dirty plates at appetizers buffet, no names or sign telling you what is at buffet, when asking staff didn't know what it was, main was extremely small also needed to add salt as was bland. The only thing the waiters did well was peddle sparking or still water. Real shame

Piacere is one of my favourite breakfast places in Tokyo. It is impeccable in terms of food offerings and the quality of its ingredients, fresh and delicious! The breakfast offers a salad buffet and a main dinner. The salad buffets have a huge selection of choices, satisfying different diet requirements. I love the Chesapeake Egg Benedict without the bun. My keto rating: 10 out of 10! The window seats offer a great view of the Imperial Palace while there are other coach seats for breakfast business meetings. The staff are not only professional, also extremely hospitable.
