T	Thomas Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is great, but prices and portions are a joke and pure gouging. I payed 2000 yen plus 8% tax for two mouthfuls of fish that was supposed to be the main meal, and when I asked for butter for my bread roll, they told me it would cost a 100 yen!? As I payed, I asked and learned that the management has nothing to do with the art museum, it is a private company, which explains the privateering. If you want just a beer though, the price looks more reasonable.
A	Adam Burden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chance to have a semi-fine dining experience for a fair price. Portions are slightly small but still worth it. As with many places in Japan, it’s best to come at lunch to get better value for money. Would come back again.

Thrush cafe (15min walk from here and they have beautiful garden) is another option if there is no vacant table. Highly recommend to step by tokyo metropolitan teien art museum after or before enjoying the restaurant.
M	Mark Vasile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a foreigner don’t expect any quality service. Service is prompt for the regulars (or perhaps higher class?) and almost rude for the rest. This was the third time I was here, I was standing in line and the staff, thinking I can’t speak Japanese pushed 3 different groups in front of me saying to them “I want to bring you in first, it’s ok, he can wait”.

Staff were super friendly and were helping me order as the menu is only in Japanese. And the view was amazing to be in as the sun was going down. No parking on site. Credit card and yen. Menu in Japanese.
