E	Emmy Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年くらい通っています。通ってから分かりやすい変化はありませんが、風邪をひきにくくなったと思います。 ◆プラチナムとても感じの良い方が多いです。店舗も1番広く、清潔感があり過ごしやすいです。 ◆横浜本店唯一の路面店です。店舗が狭くスタッフの対応?でした。路面店で湿度が低い為、酵素の質は1番良いと思います。 ◆ラニオラ東京一番店舗が狭く、寛げる感じではありません。スタッフの対応は良いです。衛生面は、あまり良くありません。基本忙し過ぎて手が回っていない印象です。シャワーの下水が酵素で詰まり、逆流して溢れていた事があります。足元がバスタブの様に水が溜まり、髪の毛などが全て浮かんでいて最悪でした。スタッフに伝えたところ、『分かりました。大丈夫です』と言われました。こちらが＂大丈夫ではありません＂でした。身体を綺麗にするところが、汚れてとても不快でした。返金してほしいです。 ◆カスタマーサービスについてウェブから問い合わせたところ、謝罪のひとつもなく企業の在るべき姿ではないと思いました。スタッフの教育からやり直すべき。このままだと企業としての繁栄はないと思います。 I have been going for about 5 years.
