本日も本当に綺麗で美味しい料理、美味しいワインと日本酒のペアリングで大変満足させて頂きました!
宮本シェフからの料理説明も丁寧でとても分かりやすく居心地のいいお店です
ランチも満席で流石でした?
次はディナーもぜひ行きたいです!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に一万円のコース(前菜3皿、魚、肉)のコースを食べました。うまい、旬の野菜、食材をつかっていて、うまいソースとあわせて、良いもの出してるというのが自分でもわかった。
あと、ポーションの盛りしっかり目とのことだったけど、最後まで"もう食べれません"とい風にはならない。締めに別注文でトリュフコンソメスープの蕎麦を頼む、絶品です。蕎麦屋だったんだと。蕎麦の上に削ってあったトリュフは食感的にはマイナス。無くても出汁に十二分にトリュフが入っている。相当試行錯誤、重ねたらしい。
ペアリングは5杯からで一杯目シャンパン付きで5000円から。リーズナブル。酒飲みには7杯てのもある。
ちょっとサーブしてくれる時の説明が長すぎると感じた。"どこからの食材"的なのは嬉しいいんだけど"ハーブの味がします"とかは、自分の好きに感じさせてくれと。
I ate a 10,000 yen course (3 appetizers, fish, meat) at night. I found out that I use delicious, seasonal vegetables and ingredients, and combine them with delicious sauces to make good ones.
Also, it was said that the potion was swelling, but it didn't feel like "I can't eat anymore" until the end. At the end, I ordered the soba noodles of truffle consomme soup, which is an exquisite dish. It was a soba shop. The truffles that had been shaved on the buckwheat noodles have a negative texture. Even without it, the soup stock contains more than enough truffles. It seems that a lot of trial and error has been repeated.
Pairing starts from 5 cups and starts from 5000 yen with the first cup of champagne. reasonable. There are also seven drinkers.
I felt that the explanation when serving a little was too long. I'm glad that it's "food from where", but "it tastes like herbs" makes me feel like it.

この日は妻の誕生日で利用。急遽花束の用意もお願いして準備万端!食べられるオーガニックシートにメッセージも入れてもらって驚きの連続でした。大切にしたい人を連れて行くお店です。

一番面白かったのは、女性用お手洗いに7種類くらいのブランドのハンドソープとハンドクリームが置いてあり楽しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色をテーマにしたお料理がいただけて、見た目も味も満足でした。また、料理に合わせてパンもサーブしてくれて、それも焼き立てでおいしかったです。普段はお腹いっぱいになりすぎてしまうのでパンにはあまり手をつけないのですが、ここはパンも食べてちょうど良い量を提供してくれている気がします。
様々な野菜が入っていて、これは何だろうと思いながら食べるのも楽しいので、また違う季節に伺いたいなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little restaurant. My 1st time. My daughter’s 3rd. For the quality and number of courses, the Y5,000 lunch is a bargain. (With 7 glasses of Champagne/wine, the bill for 3 of us came to Y30,000). Not cheap but beautifully prepared and presented. However, depending your your tastes, the vegetables were consistently undercooked by most people’s standards. I quite enjoyed the novel texture, but my daughter didn’t, and said that that had not been the case on her 2 previous visits. The service, provided largely by the main chef, was excellent with detailed explanations of both the food and the wine, but one of the women doing the cooking right in front of us (we sat at the counter) never looked up or smiled, so that was rather disappointing. Their regular waiter was apparently not there, and although I think there only 9 customers being served, it seemed at times that they were understaffed. Will certainly go again and hope that we will enjoy our second visit even more.
