★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新装したので行きました。風除室に洗面台が2つ有り使いやすい。多機能トイレもあった。さすがです。飲食店では清潔な印象が一番大事です。
 I went because it was newly refurbished. There are two washbasins in the windbreak room, making it easy to use. There was also a multifunctional toilet. As expected. A clean impression is the most important thing in a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューが多く、駐車場も広いのが嬉しいです。
昨年の改装・リニューアルで、小上がり席が「掘りごたつ式」（テーブル下が低くなっていて腰掛ける方式）になったのが個人的には高評価です。タブレットによるタッチパネル注文となり便利になりました。
その反面、リニューアル前よりも、盛りが若干少なくなったように感じました（あくまで個人の感想ですので確かな情報ではありません）。
I am glad that there are many menus and the parking lot is large.
I personally appreciate the fact that the small raised seats have become a "digging-type" (a method in which the bottom of the table is low and you can sit down) in the renovation and renewal last year. It became convenient to order a touch panel using a tablet.
On the other hand, I felt that the height was slightly less than before the renewal (it is just an individual impression, so it is not reliable information).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今や魚沼地区にだけ存在する[ラーメンどさん子]。駐車場も店内も広くしてリニューアル。メニューも定食·餃子も種類が多い。『味噌カレーラーメン』をバタートッピングで注文しました。味噌もカレーも出しゃばらずに調和した、優しい味。スープで炒め煮した野菜もタップリめで昔ながらの[どさん子の味]単品メニューもアルコール類も多数あります。

I ordered "Miso Curry Ramen" with butter topping. A gentle taste that is in harmony with the miso and curry. Vegetables sautéed and boiled in soup are also tasty, and there are many traditional [Dosanko taste] single item menus and alcoholic beverages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新装なったどさん子塩沢店に、はじめてお伺いしました。開店と同時に伺いましたが、直ぐに席は一杯になりました。八割方、味噌ラーメンの注文の印象の中、自分も特製味噌ラーメンを頂きました。なんだか洗練された印象でとても旨かったです。ごちそうさまでした。

味噌ラーメン750円とランチご飯セット350円を注文。
もつ煮が付いてきます。
お腹いっぱい！ しかしながら味噌ラーメンの味噌感が薄く少々物足りませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、新潟県内に『どさん子』が減ってきてる気がします。久しぶりに、どさん子に寄りました。スキー場等で湯沢方面に来ると寄りましたね。お店がリニューアルされており綺麗になってました。
入口に手洗い場が有り、お湯が出て来て嬉しいキモチになりました。
メニューはタブレット型になったんですね。コレはコレで利用し易いかも。
味噌ラーメンが人気No.1で特製味噌がNo.2でした。特製味噌を頂きます。
久しぶりなスープは、懐かしさも有りましたが美味しいですね。たっぷりの炒め野菜も最高です。

久々の利用です。スキーシーズンには結構利用していましたが最近は、ご無沙汰してました。
とにかく味噌ラーメンが美味しかった記憶があります。
お店は奥に移動しました。駐車場も広めです。
待つ場所に椅子が有るのも嬉しいのですが、外部に面するトイレもありました。
店内は新しいだけ有って綺麗です。お冷はセルフサービスでした。カウンター席とテーブル席などが有ります。
テーブル席での注文は、タッチパネル方式です。
特製味噌をお願いしました。大盛1.5玉は無料です。
濃厚なスープだけど懐かしい。どさん子らしいスープで美味しいです。炒め野菜も美味しいですね。
餃子は安いと思いました。しかし感動する程じゃないかな。
