亡くなった父の携帯の解約もスピーディーに出来た上、家族割適用から外れることから料金が500円上がるとお話がありましたが、今自分が契約しているギガホの新プランをご提案頂き600円安くなり、都合100円安くなりました。
プランもメリットしかなく、満足。
スタッフの対応も◎でした。
