TVを買いに行ったら電話のときからアルパークと繋がって無いと嘘をつかれそのことも謝らないで白家電黒家電わかって当たり前の対応値段聞いてもこれが値段ですと言われた

ケーズデンキに行きTV買うことにしました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自粛の影響か、店員がやたらと多い。iPad2の買取をしてもらうため、店員を呼び止めたら、「買取はパソコンだけです」と言われた。事前に電話問合せで買取可能と言われたのでiPad2を3台持参したのだが、と確認してもらうと、「別の方法で買取出来ます」と言われた。買取査定には、約1時間ちょっとかかり、やったことがない店員があたふたしながら手際悪く処理していた。iPad買取に1時間も待つとは思っていなかった。
There are a lot of clerk, probably because of self-restraint. When I stopped the clerk to buy the iPad2, he said, "Purchase is only for PCs." I was told in advance by phone that I could buy it, so I brought three iPad2s, but when I was asked to confirm, I was told that I could buy it in another way. The purchase assessment took a little over an hour, and a clerk who had never done it was handling it clumsy while covering it. I didn't expect to wait an hour to buy an iPad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレンダー作成の季節商品を購入に行くが、在庫すら置いていない。携帯の設定をお願いするが、知識不足で待たされた挙げ句、別の社員を呼ぶ始末。向かいの量販店には在庫も有り、対応も優れてました。やる気が感じられません。
I'm going to buy seasonal calendar items, but I don't even have them in stock. I asked you to set up your mobile phone, but I was kept waiting due to lack of knowledge, and I called another employee. The mass retailer across the street was in stock and the response was excellent. I don't feel motivated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内が広く、窮屈感なく楽に電機商品が見れます。店員さんは少なく感じますが、修理・販売受付にいる女性店員さんは、質問に対し、詳しく分かりやすく説明してくれます！!!
The store is large and you can easily see electrical products without feeling cramped. I feel that there are few clerk, but the female clerk at the repair / sales reception desk will explain the question in detail and in an easy-to-understand manner! !!
