★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗で取り寄せしてもらったのですが、候補が幾つかあって迷っていたので、使う用途などを話すと、店員さんから適切なアドバイス等をしてもらえたので、いい買い物ができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員は丁寧ですが商品知識は乏しいようです。いくつか質問しましたが、どれも良く分からないようで曖昧に誤魔化されました。
また全商品展示とはいかないでしょうが、「箱は開けられません」と言って実物を見せて貰えませんでした。質感や肌触り、大きさを確認しないと使い物にならない商品だったので残念でした。
こんな対応なら値段も含めてネットで買った方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 始めて行きました、スマホの写真テレビで見るの説明聞きに行きました、安い商品だけど、とても親切に対応してもらいました、有り難かったです、以前地元の電気店舗に行きました、あまりわからない定員で不愉快な気持ちで帰りました、私達定年退職した位の年齢は最近の機器がわかりません、高額商品ではないかもしれないかもしれないけど 、私は昔の第一産業の時代からいろいろ利用させてもらいました、今回の対応は残念でした。地元の産業愛したい気持ちもありますでも今回のヤマダ電気さんの対応嬉しく、今後も利用したいです、年寄りは難しいめんもあるかと思います。どうぞ頑張って下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽々園駅から電ヤマダ電機は近いので欲し商品が有ったので店内の広さに商品が豊富で凄いと思いました?私が欲し商品をスタッフの方様にお聞きしましたら?親切に商品迄案内をして頂きましたが?展示されて無かったのでスタッフの方様が注文してお取り寄せしましょうかと言われて?断り切れなくて?お願いしますと言って帰宅しました?一週間して電話で私の欲しかった商品は品切れて余り製品は生産してないとの事で返答が出来ないと言われまして?私は折角ですお世話になりましたが?キヤンセをしました?優しいくて親切なスタッフ様有り難うございました?天下のヤマダ電機様です
