★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 使っているipadが壊れたのでこちらの店舗で新しくipadを注文しました。50日以上経つのに、こちらから連絡しないと店の方から何の連絡もありません。大変不便な状態ですし、機種変なので回線料もタダ払いの状態です。せめて丁寧な説明が欲しいところです。なんとかならんのかなぁ？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中急に充電ができなくなり、翌日午前慌てて予約なしで行ったのですが。スタッフさんが丁寧に原因を調べて下さり、又他の疑問も素早く答えてくださいました。助かりました。
I suddenly couldn't charge the battery in the middle of the night, so I hurriedly went without a reservation the next morning. The staff carefully investigated the cause and answered other questions quickly. It was helpful.
