★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此方の店舗は客を客と思っていないようです。客は金としか見てないです。先日友人(プリカ携帯)と携帯料金を支払いに行ったところ、友人は対応席に呼ばれ支払って居ましたが、私(スマートフォン)はJ-PHONE時代から約10数年ですが初の待ち合い席での支払い(怒)いや、初ではなく先日で3回目だったと思います。普通待ち合い席で支払い等しますかね？しませんよ。キャンペーンの事なども聞く耳を持ち合わせていない方針みたいなんでこれから行く皆様はお気をつけください！
This store does not seem to think of customers as customers. Customers only see gold. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約して行くと待ちなく対応してくれました。3人いたスタッフそれぞれが接客対応。飛び込みの人は待たされてました。
スマホの機種変更の勧めを電話でしてきてくれ、来店予約もして行った割に、店舗在庫状況を把握していないお粗末なところはありましたが、それ以外は感じのよい丁寧な対応をしていただけました。
