あんなに高い料金を取っているのに。疲れていたので楽しみにしてたのに。
最後まで我慢した自分なので、ナメられたんだとは思いますが。
二度と行かないし、この書き込みによって客足が減ってくれたらと願います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆめタウン丸亀の中にありました。脚のﾏｯｻｰｼﾞという事で半ズボンになり施術。空間を薄い布カーテンで仕切り、ゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。痛気持ち良い足裏マッサージに思わずウトウト。施術終わりに出されるハーブティーも良かったです。
It was in Youme Town Marugame. Because it is a leg massage, it becomes shorts and is treated. You can spend a relaxing time by partitioning the space with a thin cloth curtain. The painful sole massage makes me feel uncomfortable. The herbal tea served at the end of the treatment was also good.

事前に電話で問い合わせて、ネット予約して来店したのに、受付であれもこれもできないと言われ、ラフィネに行くだけのために外出したのに、最悪です。
電話やメールで事前に知らせてくれないのは不親切です。コロナ禍なのに不要な外出となりました。
予約取り直しますか？と言われましたが、嫌味っぽい言い方や態度が不快に感じ、キャンセルだけして帰りました。
リフレッシュしに行くはずが、余計疲れとストレスだけ増しました。二度と行きません。

I made an inquiry by phone in advance, made an online reservation, and was told that I couldn't do this at the reception desk, so I went out just to go to Raffine, which is the worst.
It is unfriendly not to let us know in advance by phone or email. It was an unnecessary outing even though it was a corona.
Would you like to reschedule? However, I felt uncomfortable with the sarcastic words and attitudes, so I just canceled and went home.
I was supposed to go refreshing, but I was more tired and stressed. I will never go again.
