J	J REN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの態度が接客業とは思えません。スマホの調子が悪く、来店したら　たいして調べももせず　すぐ初期化か新機種を勧められました。他店で原因を調べていただき、わかりました。このお店にはもう来ません。 I don't think the clerk's attitude is a customer service. My smartphone was in a bad condition, and when I visited the store, I didn't do much research and was immediately recommended to initialize or use a new model. I investigated the cause at another store and understood it. I will not come to this shop anymore.

I know the name of the tall man, but I don't dare write it. I also went to Marugame Sakaide and Takamatsu DoCoMo, but from any DoCoMo shop, the Utazu store is a "customer-friendly store" ? I recommend it.
