後日、質問に行った時に対応した受付女性スタッフの一人が対応が酷くて呆れました。
古い機種だったけど店頭頭金なるものが2日間の間に1万円も値上げされていて機種変は辞め
ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月/7月も毎回同じ態度ですが店員の中でサンタクロースの体型をしてる名前が日向大輔(ヒュウガ・ダイスケ)という名前の人には担当してもらわないほうがいいと思います。まず態度があまりにもわるく、法人って言ったら大きいなダメ息きをします。DOCOMOの本社にも注意の連絡をしないといけないとおもいますが…案内から仕事の理解力も全くなく同じことを45分間繰り返してるだけでダメだと思い担当者を"シモジ"という先輩にかえてもらったら8~10分で手続きがおわりました。手続きから案内、注意事項まですべてマナーよく最後までしっかり案内してもらいました。スタッフによってこんなに気分よくスピードに手続きがおわるのでちゃんとしたスタッフの方を指名して案内を受けたほうがいいと思います。

Depending on the staff, the procedure will be completed in such a pleasant and speedy manner, so I think it is better to appoint a proper staff member to receive guidance.

他の来客対応されていた担当者は、ご高齢女性に対して、親身に対応されていて、感謝されていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やはりスタッフ教育がきちんとされているからか、応対がとても丁寧です。たま〜に少し無愛想(と言うか事務的？)な方もいらっしゃいますが…でもDocomoのデメリットも教えて下さいます。ポータブルWiFiの事をお聞きしたのですが、『他社さんは無制限の物が多いですが、Docomoはスマホと同じ契約になるので無制限ではありません』と教えて下さいました。
