柳原可奈子の接客のコントの様な方でした。
普通にお客さんに「うんうん♪」「それなｗ」みたいな感じの対応で、感じが良いとなれなれしいを勘違いしてるような。
個人的に少しモヤモヤする方でした。
トラブルになったときも他のスタッフが５人以上回りにいるのに何もフォロー無し。
８人位スタッフがいて、接客しているのは３人ほど。
残りの５人は少し奥まったロッカーのところで立ち話等をしていましたが我関せず。
他社なら上席の方とかが絶対出てきそうな場面なのに全く無し！
近くに何か所かあるので今度からそっちに行きます。

汚いオッサンが陰でベタベタ指紋付けて余計なことするし渡される時にはベトベト。店長も対応できず逃げるだけほかの代理店をお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変で利用。あれこれ不要なものを勧められたりとめんどくさくはあるのですが、まあマニュアルで指示されてるんでしょうね。ここのショップはゴリ押しまでしてこない感じで自宅近所のソフトバンクショップよりだいぶマシな印象です。女子供お年寄りはゴリゴリやられてるんでしょうがね。複合施設の中で土日はさぞ混雑するのでしょうが、平日はほどほど。まあここのソフトバンクは二度と行きたくないなって店舗もある中ではマシなほうだと思って星四つです。

定価にプラスして1万円て。有り得んわ。
