「プレステ5在庫あり」との紙が店内に掲げられていたため、購入したくレジに向かうと、アプリ会員でないと購入できない。次回のためにインストールしてほしいと促されその場で会員になった。 2週間後、来店した際、また「プレステ5在庫あり」の表記。しかし、アプリ会員だけでは不可。購入履歴がないとだめ。当方WEB会員で購入履歴書あるが、それもだめ。 なんのためのインストールだったのか? 来店する時間もムダ! はじめから期待もたせる接客は、やめてほしい! しっかり接客されてる印象があるノジマの印象ありましたが、ほんとに残念です。

以前からテレビ購入を考えていて、決断出来なかったところを教えていただき助かりました。あまり一般的でない質問にも快く調べてくださり有り難かったです。ただ前日いただいたパンフが違っていて役にたたなかったり、購入したら、我が家にはかなり高額な10万を超える買い物だったにもかかわらず、送ってもらうとポイントが付かないとか説明がなく、帰宅後レシートを見て、愕然とするというかなり不愉快な買い物になってしまいました。せめて、一声かけてほしかったです。結果的に付かなくても購入し方かもしれませんし、梱包を見た時、持ち帰れるのではないかと考えたので余計つまらないですよね。一緒に買ったもの全て付かないなら、取り寄せになったものが到着した時、他の物を購入するとか、アドバイスがあってもいいと思うんですが…。 さらにケーブルはこれでと言われて一緒に購入しましたが、我が家では不対応でした。改めて、購入しなければなりません。不勉強な私も悪いのでしょうが、店頭での対応が、良かっただけに残念です。
