★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷蔵庫/洗濯機/掃除機を買いに行きましたが、スマートで気持ちの良い接客に大満足です。まず「お探しですか？」と声をかけられ、そのあと商品説明があり各メーカーの良い点を説明しながら、わたくしたちシニアが使うアイテムをサジェストしてくれました。購入後も納期までの説明や、「エレベーターへは…」と帰りのナビまでしてくれました。それでバイトとは！人の名前もろくに言えない男社員はしっかりしてほしいです。ノジマのイメージがアップそしてダウンする一日でした。彼女に拍手です～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メーカーなどにはこだわりが無いので、メーカーに縛られずに紹介してもらえるノジマさんはとても安心。洗濯機を見ていた際、畑中さんに声をかけていただき対応していただいた。とても買う側の事を考えて商品を紹介してもらい、冷蔵庫、洗濯機を選ぶ事が出来ました。とても良い買い物でした。
物腰もやわらかく、話しやすく、
今回は購入しませんでしたが、掃除機やらテレビのおすすめも教えて頂いて、大満足です。

「この時点で？」と思いつつ書き込んで話していると希望の本体カラーを聞かれる。
答えると手際良く発注を済ませ予約商品のレシートを渡される。
ここまでに購入の意思表明は一度もしていないと誓います。
複雑で知られるスマホ販売業界の中でも最強に独特なノジマルール、聞いて確認している最中に即決なんてしません。
その後、間違い電話1回を除き連絡も無く、2週間ほど経って寄ってみると、半ば勝手に入荷待ちさせられていた品はセールされていました。
目眩を堪え、それでも安いからと、一見の振りしてその日のセールについて訊ねてみたらなんだか分からないけど嘲笑浴びせられてもう降参しました。
こんな恐ろしい店今無くなってください...。
追記
ノジマの存在を早く忘れようと決めて数日後、また間違い電話が来て新しい思い出刻まれました。
なんの恨みを買ったのでしょうか。
