★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモショップ上田店と同じ系列のドコモショップです。上田にあるドコモショップの中では一番小規模で手続きのできる相談カウンターは5席でした。平日でも混んでいます。Webから予約していかないと結構な時間を待たされてしまうのではないでしょうか。駐車場は20台前後とめられると思います。店員さんの質としては他のドコモショップと変わらず、用件の理解力は高いと思います。店舗が狭い分だけスマホカバーなどのアクセサリー類の店頭販売は売場が小さめでした。

予約なしだと、1時間以上待たされる事もあるので注意が必要です。
On Saturdays and Sundays, if you make a reservation early, it will respond smoothly.
If you do not make a reservation, you may have to wait for more than an hour, so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金が高いので解約に来ました。案内されてるスタッフの対応が感じが悪く結局、予約も面倒なので直接、ドコモの方に電話で対応して頂きました。何年も利用して来ましたがあと味が悪い。
