「ここが」というより、「ここも」なのだと思いますが、最近の店舗スタッフはあまりに知識が足りないなぁと思いました。自分の店舗で販売している機種のスペックも把握できてないし、把握できてないなら調べればいいのに「詳細の資料がないのでわからない」というやる気のなさ、いやいやお前の横にパソコンあるべ？調べたらすぐ出るやろって思ったまあ調べれば出ることを調べず店員に聞けば教えて貰えるよねーって訪問した自分も怠惰ですが、店員が分からないのは…ねえ？もうお話にならないよねって聞いても全然進まないのでこのお店を出た足で隣のスタバに入り、Wi-Fi下で1時間ほど調べた結果、素人ですがほとんど知りたい情報は把握できました。これがわからないって本当に無知なのか、それともやる気がなくてテキトーに流されたのか、まあサービス業としてはどちらも落第と言えるでしょう。 auのときも思った事だけど、最近は店舗スタッフの知識が追いついてなすぎでまるで参考にならない事が多く、現在のようなネット情報が豊富な場合、自分でできる人は自分で調べて手続きした方が良いと、この店舗で改めて感じました。なので、行くなら本当に自分でできない学生かお年寄り専用なのかな、と。お仕事としてこのクオリティだと、いずれは必要なくなる仕事のひとつなのかもしれませんね。

Whether it's really ignorant that you don't understand this, or whether you're unmotivated and swept away by Tekito, it's a failure for the service industry. As I thought when I was at au, recently the knowledge of the store staff has not caught up with me and it is often not helpful, so if you have a lot of online information like the current one, if you can do it yourself, you can check it yourself and follow the procedure. I felt again at this store that it was better to do it. So, I wonder if it's only for students or the elderly who can't really go by themselves. With this quality as a job, it may be one of the jobs that will eventually become unnecessary.
