一年保証がついている付属品の調子が悪くて電話をしてお店に行きました。店員さんは皆、気持ち良く対応してくれ、以前の様に長い時間待つ事も有りませんでしたが、その付属品は廃盤になり、今は置いてないと言う事で修理に出すとの事 。手続きに少し時間が掛かりましたが品物があればもっとスムーズに行ったと思いました。

Annoyed that this company tried to get more money out of me because my Japanese ability is limited. My bill was being charged another 5000¥ and when I went to the staff they were like "We don't know why. Maybe it's because you call toll free? Use too much data?" My data limit is 30Gb and I've never hit over 10Gb in 4 months yet. After my visit, the high amount "magically disappeared" and I was receiving my original bill of 7100¥.
