「申し訳ございません、直ぐに席をご用意します」といったのにも関わらず30分以上も待たされて、
まだかと聞いたら「まだ席があかない」というような対応でした。
その上謝罪も感情がこもっておらず非常に不愉快な思いをしました。
料理は美味しかったのに店員の対応が悪くてほんとに残念です。
いい店員さんもいるのに、かなりショックです。

Even though “I ’m sorry, I ’ll get a seat right away”, I ’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes.

Moreover, my apologies and feelings were not filled with feelings that were very unpleasant.
The food was delicious, but it was a pity that the clerk did not respond well.
Even though there are good clerk, it is quite shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キッズルームつきテーブル席を予約して行ったのですが、他のグループが使っていたみたいで結構待たされました。予約の意味がないですよね。
タッチパネルで注文できるのですが、充電されていなくて押しボタンで注文しました。店員さんが来てくれたのですが、注文しても聞きとれないらしくすごくモタモタしていて時間がかかりました。
その後も他の席の料理を運んできたりしていて、このお店はどうなってるの?と心配になりました。
料理は普通に美味しいです。値段が高いなと思いましたが量があります。飲み物は値段高め。
キッズルームは清潔感があって良いおもちゃが揃っていて子供が楽しんでいましたが、完全個室ではないので煙草の煙が流れてきます。平日の人が少ない時間で良かったです。
あと、キッズルームから席に移動するのが結構めんどうなので、壁をなくすとかもう少し工夫した方がいいと思います。
I booked a table with a kids' room and went there, but it seemed that another group was using it. There is no point in making a reservation.
We could order with touch panel, but were not charged and ordered with push button. The clerk came, but it seemed to be hard to hear even if I ordered, and it took a lot of time.
Since then, I have been carrying dishes at other seats, and I was worried about what is going on at this restaurant.
The food is usually delicious. We thought that price was high, but there is quantity. Drinks are expensive.
The kids' room was clean and had good toys and was enjoyed by children, but because it was not a completely private room, tobacco smoke was flowing. It was good that there were few people on weekdays.
Also, it is quite troublesome to move from the kids room to the seats, so I think it would be better to remove the wall or do something more.

The freshly made tofu was so delicious that I replaced it. You can relax in a private room.
