t	take you on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前店の前を通った際に気になってたお店。外観はチェーン店っぽい作りです。店内に入ると右側のちょっと奥に消毒液。カウンターは一席飛ばしになってました。今回は「コテコテ」とミニチャーハンを注文。提供時間は早いです。５分もしないで到着しました。具材は薄切りのチャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ、半分煮玉子とワカメ。ラーメンにワカメってちょっと苦手です。メンマもワカメも結構多めに入ってました。スープは鶏ガラ？しっかりした味付け。背脂が多めで、甘みが際立ってました。麺は中細の若干縮れた麺。手打ちじゃなければなんでもいいです。茹で加減はちょうどよかったです。メタル丼に背脂って燕三条ラーメンみたい。まぁあちらは魚介ベースの太麺ですけど。メニューも結構豊富なので、何度か通って、自分の好みを探すのもいいかもしれませんね。ただ、量はちょっと少なめかな？もう一杯食べる程はないけどなんか足りない。お腹に余裕がある時は大盛りの方がいいかも。 The store I was interested in when I passed in front of the store before. Y	Yuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見ているYouTuberさんがこちらで大食いされていたので、初めてお邪魔しました。ソーシャルディスタンスを取れるよう、隣に座らないように配慮もされていましたし、店員さんがアルコールしながら片付けされていたので、きちんとされていて良いと思います。MAX鈴木さんが食べていたオリーブ岩塩鶏刺し美味しかったです。鶏肉がぱさつかずしっとりしていました。ラーメンは主人が専科みそ、私がコテ味噌を食べ、どちらも美味しかったです。コテ味噌は辛味もあって、背脂たっぷりで濃厚でした。同じ味噌でも比べると専科みその方があっさりでしょうか。ライスは1杯無料でいただけます。シルバーの独特な器で、食べ終わるまでほんとに冷めなくて、最後まで温かくいただけました。おつまみの単品メニューも豊富で、ラーメンを食べなくても色々楽しめそうです。鶏刺しはわさび醤油の味付けと迷ったので、次回は食べてみたいです。 I visited YouTuber for the first time because he was eating a lot here.
