法人向けの整備や車の入れ替えで、充分に食べていけるのでしょう。
個人で車を買う方には、不誠実かつなぁなぁな対応やミスの多さから、全くおすすめできないディーラーです。
初回点検とサービスキャンペーンで車を預け、「作業が終了したら電話で連絡します」と自分で言っておいて、正午から午後4時近くまで連絡なし。
さすがにおかしいな？と思い、店に電話を入れると「サービスの担当が出ているので、調べて折返し連絡します」との事。
それから待つこと1時間、全く音沙汰が無いので、またこちらから連絡を入れると「ああ、出来てますよ。取りに来てください。」
だそうです。
その時点で、かなーり嫌な予感がしたんですが、帰り道でその予感が的中。
運転席側パワーウィンドウの設定がリセットされ、スイッチを押しっぱなしにしないと全開閉しない。
路肩に車を停め、店に電話すると「ああ、設定し忘れですね。マニュアルにやり方が載ってますので、直しておいてください。」だそうで…
正直、車屋でここまでダメな店は初めてです。
もう、あの店は何もかも信用できんぞ、と思い、家に帰ってから一生懸命タイヤのナットを全部増し締めしたり、ボンネットを開けてオイルゲージやバッテリーの端子なんかも見ちゃいました。
それからはずっと、隣の区にある別のスズキアリーナ店へ行っています。
私は実際、ここで買って後悔しました。
本当なら、星１つもつけたくない、星０個のディーラーです。

For those who buy cars individually, it is a dealer that I can not recommend at all because of insincereness and a lot of correspondence and mistakes.
Leave the car in the first inspection and service campaign, and say "I will contact you by phone when the work is done", I do not contact from noon to almost 4 pm
Is it funny? I thought, when I called the store, "I'm out of charge of the service, so I will check back and contact you" thing.
Then I waited for an hour, and I have no sound, so when I get in touch again, "Oh, I can do it. Please come to pick up."
That's right.
At that time, I had a bad feeling of prejudice, but the premonition is right on the way back.
The driver's side power window setting is reset, and it will not open or close completely unless the switch is held down.
If you park the car over the road and call the store, "Oh, I forgot to set it. The manual will show the instructions, so please fix it."
To be honest, this is the first time I've been in a car shop and no good shop.
I thought that I could not trust everything in that shop, and after I got home, I tightened all the tire nuts and opened the hood to see the terminals of the oil gauge and battery.
Since then, I have been to another Suzuki Arena store in the next ward.
I actually regret buying it here.
If it is true, it is a dealer of 0 stars that I do not want to put one star.
