予約せずに売却に行ったらついた人から面倒臭いなオーラがめちゃくちゃ伝わってきました。
他の人を見ていて1人だけ対応の良さそうな方がいましたが、それ以外の店員は不愉快な対応をする人ばかりです。
お店に行ってこんな不愉快な思いをしたのは人生初です。このお店には二度と行きませんし、ビッグモーターには二度と行かないと決めました。

その頃ここの口コミは星２台で嫌な予感はしていましたが数ヶ所査定してもらいたくて行きました。
年数は経っているものの走行距離が少なくきれいな車でディーラーで45万円と見積もってもらっていたのに40位と最初に言われその時は何度確認してもそれ以上は…という感じでした。それなら他行こうと思ったのですがちょっと待ってと言われその後30分以上奥の人と話していて待たされました。
私が女性でよくわかっておらず大人しそうなので時間をかけて安く契約させようとしているのがミエミエでした。
話しているのを見ていましたが熱心に客の為に話し合っているようには見えませんでした。笑って雑談しているのです。
見た目より私はハッキリしているので「これ以上の値段が出ないなら他行きます！」と言って怒りながら帰りました。
その後少しして「この車種を買いたいと言う人が現れて60万円で買えるのですが」と電話してきました。
この時点でこの店が１番高く提示しても売る気はなかったのでその後の電話は全て出ませんでした。
他でもっと高い提示をしてくれたのでそちらに売りました。
態度も100倍良かったです。
口コミにたまに出てくる社員なのでここの口コミにサクラというのは間違ってないかもしれません。
久しぶりに見て口コミの点数が良かったので腹が立ち投稿しました。
良い時もあるでしょう。
でもカモにされる人もいると思うので気をつけてください。

I sold it there because he offered me a higher price elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst experience ever at this place while looking to replace my car. There was absolutely no effort to explain, no intention to do business and no minimum curtsy with the customers. I strongly suggest to avoid this Shop! Selecting 1 star because that is the minimum i can rate, otherwise Zero stars!
