★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一年点検で伺いました。予約制なので店内の混雑無く、静かで落ち着いていました。スタッフの皆様も丁寧な対応と確かな仕事振りに、信頼を寄せています。
 I asked for inspection for a year. Because it was a reservation system, there was no congestion in the store and it was quiet and calm. All of our staff members also place their trust in the courteous response and reliable work practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま入口にいた工場長が受付対応をしてくれたが、リコール来店なのにタメ口対応。
「はい、そこに停めてください〜。今日はリコールの対応？」
店内に入っても「お客様来店です」の声がけどころか、検温もさせない。
挙げ句、「普段はどこでメンテナンスしてるの？」なんて関係ないことまで聞いてくる始末。
近所であっても、こんな所で頼みたくない！
The factory manager who happened to be at the entrance responded to the reception, but even though it was a recall visit, he responded to the problem.
"Yes, please stop there ~. Is it a recall response today?"
Even when I entered the store, I heard a voice saying "Customers are coming to the store", and I didn't let them measure the temperature.
After all, he asks me "Where do you usually maintain?"
I don't want to ask in such a place even in the neighborhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホンダの「スムーズレンタカー」という一種のカーシェアが置いてあります。店の北側、一方通行の通りというわかりにくい場所ですが、整備工場の人が出入りを誘導してくれることもあり、とてもありがたく思っています。
There is a kind of car share called Honda's "Smooth Car Rental". It's a difficult one-way street on the north side of the store, but I'm very grateful that people in the garage may guide you in and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業担当者のレベルが最低です。よくこれで営業出来てるなぁ〜と毎度思わされるほど程度が低い。点検や車検で訪問しても挨拶すらしてこないし。
別にホンダが好きなわけでもないので、買い替え時は、結局、TOYOTAにするしかないか。
The salesperson level is the lowest. The degree is so low that I often think that I can do business with this. Even if I visit for inspections and vehicle inspections, I don't even say hello.
I don't really like Honda, so when I buy a new one, I have no choice but to use TOYOTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入前の問い合わせ時から対応がいまいち。結局買ったが初めから異音・違和感があることを伝えたら厄介そうに対応される。クーリングオフすれば良かった。信用できない。
