Kids would be definitely enjoying the open lawn in the park.
You can use strollers to roam all around the park.
I feel there should be more improvement needed such as notice boards to ensure adults are not smoking in kids area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge family park, contains a large open lawn, a playground, a swimming pool and a beautiful chinese-style garden. Toilets and cheap parking lot are available. However, there are a lot of down sides. Adults smoking in kids areas, homeless people reuniting to crush items for recycling or to sleep nearby, dog owners putting dogs to drink on the drinking fountains people use, or peeing/pooping on the lawn children play on. Unpleasant sights for such a nice place...
