空腹で道に迷ってたどり着いた、マッドマックスな(暖簾の)ラーメン屋さん。店内の壁は煤で真っ黒⁉︎ カウンター(7席)だけの店内はコロナ対応で私が着席して満席。初めてなのでシンプルに店の名前のついた橙ラーメンを。これは、たぶん、全部のせですね。スープは色が濃いので構えましたが意外にあっさり。チャーシューはトロトロで食べ応えあり。汗だくになりながら完食。900円の満足感はあります。

こっくり濃いめの懐かしさを感じる醤油ラーメンのお店です。駐輪場はありませんが、短時間であればお店の前に止めることはできました。店内はカウンター7席のみ。並ぶことはなかったです。 今回は店名の橙そばを注文。15cmはありそうな大きな豚バラチャーシューが2枚、黄身まで味が染みた味玉、たっぷりのメンマが乗って950円は破格だと思います。中太縮れ麺がこくのある麺と絡みついて美味しいですね。若干スープや具材の味付け濃いめなので割りスープなんかがあると良かったかも。 コスパの高い穴場ラーメンだと思います✨

2021年1月 休日の14:00頃訪問。のれんがボロボロに破れていていかにも怪しい外観をしている。営業しているのだろうかと店内を覗けば、客がひとりいるようなので思い切ってイン。柔和な男性店主がそこにいました。定員7名の1列カウンターの真ん中あたりに着座してなんとなく橙(だいだい)そば900円を注文。そしたらでかい煮込みバラ肉がどーんと2枚も乗ってるラーメン出てきてびっくり。早速頬張るが、こらがややパッサリでしょっぱい。食べ切るのに苦労した。スープは魚粉の匂いが香り、甘さ抑えめでややしょっぱい仕上がりだけど酒飲みの口には合う。麺はプッツリした硬めの食感でなかなか良い。煮卵は半熟トロトロのタイプでした。もう一回行って再度確かめてみたい。

チャーシューの多い橙ラーメン一択。スープは魚介系のようなチキンのようなよくわからない、あっさり濃厚全部飲み干せる。ちぢれ麺とあわせて東京ラーメンという感じ。チャーシューは分厚く長くステーキのような大きさ、そして油っぽくないのに弱らかい。ラーメンではあるけど全般に油控えめなおかつ相当にタンパク質が取れると思う。バルク飯といってもいい。ラーメンとしてはトップクラスにヘルシーなんじゃないかと。脂っこいのが好きな人にはオススメしません。店内の雰囲気は昭和感あり。味玉はトロトロの半熟。

久々の訪問。相変わらず塩気が多いスープだが、バランスの良さも変わらず。鰹節系と干し椎茸の調和の取れた香りが好き。鶏ガラも豚骨も、匂い、味からも見当がつかない。「ラーメン大盛」と頼んだら「中華そば大盛ですね」とのこと。そうか、ここは中華そばと呼ぶんだっけ。チャーシューはよく煮られた、味の染み込んだ柔らかいもの。八角の香りが極々微妙にする。メンマは程よい調理で、これも香りよし。麺はと言うと中太なのだが、このスープには細い方が合いそう。塩気を抑えて、麺をもう一段二段細くしてくれれば最高なんだけどな。

橙そば+ランチ大盛り無料 900円 自分には合わないかな。 着席すると何故か店主がしばらくお待たせするとコール?と言っても、しばらくって言うと不安になるから少々お時間頂戴してますとかでいいのでは? 提供時間は外待ちと合わせて30分くらい。 麺は好きだけど、スープは節系の風味はあるがコクがなく微妙。カエシも特に主張無くて残念。 チャーシューはバラのホロトロで柔らかく食べやすい が旨味が全部出来っててスープと絡むと水っぽい感じというか肉のジューシーさなど皆無。 煮卵はトロ系で普通。 メンマはごま油の味付けでこのラーメンには合ってない。 残念な印象でした。

久しぶりに橙屋へ、自宅から近いのに逆に近すぎてあまり行くことがないお店。橙そばは、超大ぶりチャーシュー2枚に、味玉とメンマ、海苔がのったラーメン。ジャンル的には中華そばですが、魚介系の出汁が効いたユニークな味わいです。 まあ、一番のポイントは巨大なバラチャーシューですよね。柔らかに煮込まれたチャーシューはとにかく絶品。厚さもかなりありとにかくボリューミー、もはやこれを食べるだけでも十分価値があります。そして、とろっとろの味玉もこれまた絶品! ラーメンではなくご飯に乗せて食べたくなる逸品です。 駅からも遠く、周辺に飲食店もないこともあり知る人ぞ知る存在ですが、わざわざ食べに来る価値のあるお店です。 あ、このお店といえばボロボロの暖簾がポイントでしたが、最近新しいものに代わっていましたー。あ、あと食べる時以外はマスク必須で、すぐにマスクを外してたお客さんにマスクしててくださいねーとちゃんとお願いしてました。ちゃんとしてるなー。
