次世代ラーメンなんちゃら準優勝、それに付随するカップメンなど飾られていたが、色眼鏡で見ないように勝手に気を遣いながら塩ラーメンをいただいた。 エグみのない煮干のスープで非常に丁寧に作られているのがよく分かる。丁寧ゆえか提供はやや遅め。店内8席とはいえワンオペなので止むを得ないか。 これで650円というコスパのよさに驚かされた。

基本の醤油らーめん。先ずスープを一口いただきます。丁寧に作っいるのがわかります。濃厚煮干しとありますが、どちらかと言うと節系の風味が強い感じでした。残念なのはそのスープが熱々では無かったこと。

平日11:50 前客2名、後客なし。 2012年Yahoo!第4回最強の次世代ラーメン決定戦で濃厚煮干しの塩ラーメン、準優勝という輝かしい実績。その他にも店内には沢山のメディアや石神さんのリコメンド本掲載の記事が飾られている。柴崎駅から徒歩すぐだけど、特別に目立ってはないので、2021年現在、密やかな実力店、みたいな感じかしら? メニューは噂の濃厚煮干しの塩ラーメン、醤油ラーメン、油そばが基本形。そのアレンジ系やブラックもあり、バリエーションは豊富。大盛りもデフォルト無料と嬉しい。初訪問なのでここは例のスペシャリテ塩だろうと決め込んでいたのだけど、着席したら、どーーしても気になってしまった油そば…。塩と醤油は650円、油そばは600円とリーゾナブルだから店内連食もありだったのだけど、迷ったあげく 油そば(600円)特盛300グラム(50円)をオーダー。カウンターオーダーで後会計。安い!! とても柔らかで親しみやすいご接客の店主さんワンオペ。余裕をもった進行で適時に着丼。おおおおーー。これは今まで食べてきた油そばとはコンセプトが全然違うぞ。。。 かなりタレが多め。丼の半分とはいわないけど、3合目くらいまでタレが入ってる。ラーメンのスープとしては足りないけど、汁なしとは言えないバランス、かつ油そばなのだから、自分の狭い固定観念をReimageしなきゃなんねえと食べる前に反省。 まずはお酢もラー油も投入せずそのまま汁絡めで啜りこんでみる。ニンニク風味の魚介系油そば、と店内POPにかかれていたけど、確かに。このテイストの油そばは食べたことがない。たっぷりの汁は煮干しや節がとてもきいてる。ビターじゃないけど、じっくり噛みしめて味わっちゃいなよyou、と語りかけられてるような大人な深み。だからクドさが全く無い。ニンニク風味のというとこは、そこまでニンニクニンニクしてなく、おそらく油にニンニクが溶け込まれている感じだろう。だから、油やニンニクのパンチ力で投げ飛ばすような無双さじゃない、味わい深さをまとめてるのかも知れない。 麺は平たさも感じる中太ちぢれ麺、ラーメンも同じ麺なのかな?やや柔らかめで優しい食べごたえ。ゴリゴリやブリンブリンの硬派な油そばも勿論大好きだけど、汁をちゃんと吸わせてその大人さをしっかり食わせるには、この麺はとてもわかる。ぷるん、からの、モシュモシュ。クセがなくて、油そばなのにラーメンに近いのか?みたくとてもクリアな麺。 お酢とラー油を投入してみる。ほほぉ〜〜何だ何だ??変化が全然ないぞ笑 もしかしたらコロナか??くらい味覚的な刺激が変化ない。というより、ガラっと変わらないのがすごい。それだけベースの汁がキチンと美味しい証明であり、だからあえて食べる分にマシ投入して食べてみると、うん、良いです。美味しい足し算に決まってるじゃないの。 ただ、一つだけ残念だったのは、ラー油。そう、皆様のご家庭にある、プシュプシュする例のあれラー油。ほんとはグイグイとおしながら回しかけたいけど、プシュプシュと適量を押し出す方式は、まぁいいんだけど何となく家で食べる感が出てしまいそこが残念。 特盛だけど、300グラム。だからすぐに丼は空になり。でもそこで気がついたのだけど、あれ??汁が全然ない。すごい、ズズズッと麺が吸収していたんだ。なるほど、だから始めはあまりお酢やラー油がきかなかったけど、後半は馴染んできたのか。時間経過で味わいも変わり、だからこそズズズッと完食にストレートで向かえる。 濃厚煮干しの塩ラーメン、こちらに勝負しなかったけど、次回は堪能させてください。ごちそうさまでした。

常連であったが、麺は確かにレビューにある通り少し柔い。 茹でる前に固めコールをしないと『もう遅いよぉ・・・』と言われるので、コール時にいう必要がある。 もう既に少し遠くに越してしまったのだが、限定メニューが割と”あぁ、またこれか・・・”になっている節があるため、もっと挑戦的なものをやってもいいのではと思っていた。

とても安くてお腹いっぱいになれた。昔ながらという雰囲気もあって好きなのだが、油そばがまぜそばっぽくて原理主義者の自分からすると、とても美味しいけどちょっと違うんだよなあって気分になる。でも学生の頃を思い出すようなどこか懐かしい雰囲気なので個人的には結構好き。

他の方も書かれてますが、スープがぬるいです。 煮干系のラーメンですが、そこまでガツンとくる様な香りもなく、少し肩透かしを食らった様な印象の味。とは言え、普通に美味しく食べられるラーメンではあります。 店内は狭いですが、ある程度の仕切りされています。 が、いかんせんスープがぬるいです。

柴崎駅のちかくにある「中華そば みのや」に行ってきました。 あまり柴崎駅で降りることはないのですが、結構有名なお店のようです。 壁には刺激的フードBEST1になったことが張られていました。 煮干しベースのスープが美味しいようです。 さっそく「正油らーめん」を注文しました。 650円です。 開店と同時に入店したこともあり、すぐに着丼。 シンプルですが美味しそうです。 スープを一口飲んでみるとたしかに煮干し感。 でもそれほどきついわけではありません。 非常にバランスの取れた美味しい味です。 麺は柔らかめですが、美味しいです。 昨今流行っているセメント系みたいにドギツイ感じではないので、最後まで美味しく頂けました。 ごちそう様でした。
