★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼間の12：30頃入店、客1人、煮干しソバを頼みました。冷蔵庫から鍋を出してスープを注ぎました。出来上がりは美味しそう、レンゲで一飲み、味がない、出汁が取れてない、チャーシュー不味い。値段950円高すぎだよ。化学調味料を入れても不味いだろうの出汁の取り方、ラーメンを初めて残しました。孤高の意味わかってますか？酷い金返せー！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定番の醤油ラーメン、定番の潮ラーメン、両方味玉追加。
日曜 12:00過ぎで、並ばず入れました。こんな時だからかな。。。
麺が美味しい。スープも最後まで頂けるくらいあっさりしてます。味玉が、少し固いゆでに近い。個人的には、もう少し半熟が好きです。でも美味しかった。
席はカウンターのみ。コロナで1席空けて座る感じです。

The noodles are delicious. The soup is so light that you can get it to the end. The taste ball is a little hard boiled. Personally, I like soft-boiled eggs a little more. But it was delicious.
Seats are only at the counter. It's like sitting in a corona with one seat open.

とても綺麗なラーメン。
ラーメンでもあり高級なお蕎麦とも言えるような逸品。
醤油、塩、煮干し、味噌。
全て美味しく全てさっぱりととした味わい。
しかし、丁寧に作られた奥行きを感じました。
スープまで全部飲んでも足りないと思わせる絶妙な味わいです。

無化調・自家製麺で、食材にもすごいこだわりがあるようです。
これは期待が出来ますね。
早めに行ったことが良かったのか、お店は空いていました。
醤油ラーメンを注文しました。
950円です。
基本のラーメンがこの値段なので、結構しますね。
各所に記載されている食材へのこだわりが値段にでているためだと思われます。
カウンターには麺、スープ、タレ、水に対してそれぞれのこだわりが記載されていました。
しばらくして着丼。
シンプルながら美味しそうです。
こだわりの麺は美味しいです。
美味しいですが、まぁ馬鹿舌なのでそこまでの違いはわかりませんでした。
