色々な事業所の、体験利用をしましたが、私の場合は少人数のカレントが、相談しやすかったので選んで良かったです。
訓練内容は、水槽メンテナンスや、ECサイト物販（ハーバリウム・オリジナルプリント商品）の製作などの、ちょっと特殊な作業があるので、PC訓練以外に、気分転換になる作業が多く楽しめました。
一日中PCを触るだけより、軽作業をしたい人にはバランスがいい環境だと感じます。
他にありがたい点は、一定の出席率で交通費のサポートがあったのは嬉しかったです。
通所のきっかけは、昼夜逆転の生活リズムを整える目的で通い始め、就職意欲にも繋げられました。
就職後は、コミュニケーションが増えた為、言動が誤解されることが多く、対人関係で困ることがありますが、カレントの定着支援で毎回、乗り越えられています。
色々と自信がない人は、相談しやすい事業所を選ぶと、支えになると思います。

Another thankful point was that I was glad that there was support for transportation expenses with a certain attendance rate.
The reason for going to the office was to start going to the office for the purpose of adjusting the daily rhythm of the night-owl reversal, which also led to motivation to get a job.
