★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年半、就労移行支援サービスを利用し、ただいま就労継続支援に切り替え、引き続きお世話になっております。
就活の面接練習・企業見学・実習の付き添いやアドバイス等も助かりましたが、私の場合、就活するにあたって「自己開示・自己分析」が必要でした。その際LITALICO新宿南口のスタッフさんに寄り添って支えていただき、二人三脚・一歩一歩、着実にステップを上がっていくことができました。
おかげさまで、ただいま、ご縁あった企業にオープン就労(障害者枠)しております。
はじめの1年を前述した「自分を見つめる」期間にし、スローな出だしではあったのですが、スタッフの皆さんは信じて見守ってくださいました。
また、メンバーさんの自主性や得意なところ、長所を生かす方針が私には安心感を覚え、他のメンバーさんと支え合い励まし合いながら就活を進めておりました。スタッフさん・メンバーさんとの繋がりあっての就労です。

For a year and a half, I have been using the employment transition support service and have just switched to employment continuation support, and I am still indebted to you.
Job hunting interview practice, company tours, attendance and advice for practical training were also helpful, but in my case, "self-disclosure / self-analysis" was necessary for job hunting. At that time, the staff at the LITALICO Shinjuku South Exit was close to me and supported me, and I was able to steadily go up the steps step by step with a three-legged race.
Thanks to you, we are currently working openly (disabled person quota) at a company that we have a relationship with.
The first year was the period of "looking at myself" mentioned above, and although it was a slow start, the staff believed and watched over.
In addition, the independence of the members, their strengths, and the policy of making the best use of their strengths gave me a sense of security, and I was promoting job hunting while supporting and encouraging other members. It is a work that connects with the staff and members.

就労移行支援を受けるのはタイミングと相性だと思いました。
私は一度他の事業所を見学し、心の折が合わず1年据え置きました。その後再度主治医の先生にリタリコを勧めて頂き、見学の後、新宿南口センターに呼んでもらいました。
就労移行支援事業所にはサービスを受けられる期限があります。
障がい者の就労を支援する制度は他にも色々あり、
就労訓練の形としては就労継続支援A型やB型などもあります。
自分の状況をみてどこに通うべきか慎重に決めた方がいいと思います。
私は見学した際にその時の自分の状態と合い、進められそうだと感じたので、入所しました。
ただ日々を過ごしたらいいという場所ではないので、訓練は意識して受けました。
就労移行支援事業所の卒業がゴールでもないので、就職活動はこれからの長い人生をイメージして進めました。
こちらでは一緒に考えてくれる、一緒に行動してくれるスタッフさん達が、あらゆるサポートをしてくれます。
色んなアドバイスをいただき、色んな物事の考え方を変えてもらいました。
見学会に応募した事が最初の一歩だったと思います。

I thought that receiving employment transition support was compatible with the timing.
I once visited other offices and left it for a year because I couldn't agree. After that, my doctor recommended Ritalico again, and after the tour, I was called to the Shinjuku South Exit Center.
There is a deadline for receiving services at employment transition support offices.
There are various other systems that support the employment of people with disabilities.
There are also types of employment training such as employment continuation support type A and type B.
I think you should carefully decide where to go based on your own situation.
When I visited, I felt that it was suitable for my condition at that time and that I could proceed, so I entered.
It wasn't just a place to spend my days, so I was conscious of the training.
Since graduation from the employment transition support office is not the goal, I proceeded with job hunting with the image of a long life in the future.
Here, the staff who think together and act together will provide all kinds of support.
I received a lot of advice and changed the way I think about things.
I think that applying for the tour was the first step.

スタッフが、コロコロ入れ替わるので変化が苦手な人には向かない感じがする。
良い点は、独自の求人を持っているので、他の事業所と比較すると、求人は多いかもしれない。
今の職場に、LITALICOを利用してた人が何人かいるけど、就活に同行する人・定着支援を担当する人が、コロコロ入れ替わるのが嫌みたい。
変化が苦手な人は、小規模な事業所の方が、安心感がありそう。

There are some people who used LITALICO in my current workplace, but I don't like the people who accompany job hunting and those who are in charge of retention support to change their minds.
For those who are not good at change, small business establishments seem to be more secure.
