和	和樹小林 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この元祖ニュータンタン麺を考案してくれた方に感謝。また神奈川中心に展開してるにも関わらず長野県の上田市に店舗を構えてくれた事にも感謝。昔からある担々麺とは全く違い鶏ガラベースに溶きふわ卵の旨辛スープ。一言美味しいです。スープまでご馳走。出来たらタンタンつけ麺をメニューに増やし欲しいです。 Thanks to those who invented this original New Tan Tan noodles. I am also grateful that the store was set up in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, despite the fact that it is centered around Kanagawa. A spicy soup of fluffy eggs melted in a chicken gala base, which is completely different from the traditional dandan noodles. A word is delicious. Treat to soup. If possible, I would like to add more Tantan Tsukemen to the menu.
ひ	ひぃ“ナインホールド” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き肉とタンタンメンを食べに行きました。いつも頼んでいる特選厚切り牛タンを注文しましたが、とんでもない肉を出されました。固くて噛みきれない肉でした。しかもふつうは５枚くらいのところ３枚のみ。いつもと違い過ぎると苦情を申し上げたところ、仕入先を替えたから。という回答でした。しかし、代わりに出された肉はいつもどおりの柔らかい肉でした。客を見てから肉を出したいるとしか思えない対応にがっかりしました。もう二度とこちらの店舗には行きたくありません。 I went to eat yakiniku and tantanmen. I don't want to go to this store again.

T	T Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神奈川在住の際に、かつては月イチくらいの頻度で食していました。タンタンメンいえば、このスタイル！というくらい我が家では浸透しています。長野にあると聞いて、上田まで遠征。実食してみると麺の感じやスープの具合は、懐かしさを感じます。唐辛子のダシって、本当に美味しい。それでも、少し残念なのは、ホクホクしたニンニクがたまごと挽き肉の中に感じられなかったことです。オプションのニンニク増しにしないとだめだったのかしら。チャーシューは、やや固めでした。もう少し食感が良かった気がします。ニュータンタンメンのカップ麺も袋麺も、味の再現ができていて楽しめます。 When I lived in Kanagawa, I used to eat as often as Ichi a month. Both cup noodles and bag noodles of New Tan Tan Men can be enjoyed because the taste is reproduced.
