y	yoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、GROMをレンタルさせて頂いた者です。今回で2度目の利用でしたが、明るく清潔な店内に、笑顔がステキな社長さん(YouTubeで見るまんま( ´艸｀))とキレイで気さくな店員さん、奥にいらしたのは、社長の奥さんと?お子さんかな!?とても雰囲気の良いお店です。また、利用させて頂きたいと思います?️ ちなみに、4時間のレンタルで、“道の駅美ヶ原高原”まで行って来ました? 島	島川岳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あの時助けて頂いた鶴です 11月の朝6時にGB250で埼玉に帰ろうとしたところ、エンジンが突然かからなくなるトラブル。非常に困っていた所こちらの責任者の松田さんに声をかけて頂きました。幸運にもこのお店の向かいのファミリーマートでお会いしたので、早朝にも関わらず店内に入れて頂き、バッテリーに電気を入れてもらい無事に起動しました。こんな朝早くにわざわざ通りすがりの人間を助けてもらい、本当に助かりました。その後の碓氷峠は-6度だったらしく、震えながら帰りましたが心は暖かく過ごせました。ソロツーリングはトラブルの時不安になりますが、松田さんのような暖かい方のお陰でとても良い思い出になりました。上田に寄った際にはまたお邪魔したいと思います。ありがとうございました。 It ’s a crane that helped me at that time. な	なるなる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このバイク屋はお客を選びます。そして技術もない。少し前にフロントフォークからオイル滲みした為OHを頼みました。いざツーリングとなったら５０キロも走らないうちに今度はフォークからオイルがダダ漏れ、、、。店に電話したら「そういう事もある、フォークごと交換した方がいい。」と、交換にまた数万かかると言われました。納得できず他のバイク屋に見てもらったらフォークが全く磨けてないのと縦方向に新しめのキズが入っていてダメだと、、、 OH時に付いたキズかはハッキリわからないが普通は縦方向にこれだけのキズがあればOHは厳しいから最初からフォークごと交換を薦めると言われました。バイク購入の検討しているお客にはニコニコしてましたが、私がOHしてもらっている間は作業している従業員の方の他は外のベンチに座りタバコ吸ってました。目が合っているのだからせめて「いらっしゃいませ」くらいはあって良いと思うのですが、、、色々と残念なお店です。 This bike shop chooses customers. I was smiling at the customers who were considering buying a motorcycle, but while I was getting OH, I was sitting on the bench outside and smoking, except for the employees who were working. I think it's okay to have at least "Welcome" because the eyes are right, but it's a shameful shop.
