★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九州外では、まだ割とまともな豚骨が食べられるお店だなと思います。紅生姜、ニンニク、高菜、もやしなども、お好みで入れられるよう準備されているのが嬉しい。
ランチタイムには、＋150円で餃子と半ライスついたり、他のランチサービスもあり、かなりお得です。
ラーメンの麺の固さは、粉落とし、ハリガネ、バリカタ、カタ、普通、やわ、ばりやわなど、いろいろ選べます。私は黒こてめんにしましたが、多分どれもデフォルトで一蘭みたいな感じで辛味噌が入っていて、これが見かけよりは辛いので、次回は無しでお願いしようかなと思います。
女性従業員の方の接客が良かったです。
Outside of Kyushu, I think it's still a restaurant where you can eat decent pork bones. I'm glad that the pickled ginger, garlic, mustard, bean sprouts, etc. are prepared so that you can add them to your liking.
At lunchtime, you can get dumplings and half-rice for +150 yen, and there are other lunch services, so it's a great deal.
You can choose the hardness of the ramen noodles, such as powder remover, sardine, varicata, kata, normal, yawa, and buriyawa. I used black trowel, but probably all of them have spicy miso like Ichiran by default, which is more spicy than it looks, so I'd like to ask without it next time.
The customer service of female employees was good.

ばりこて頂きました。あっさり目の豚骨スープ?一杯目はノーマルで～定番の替え玉(バリカタ)?辛子高菜・ニンニク・胡麻で味変‼️ごちそうさまでした。?
