★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても暖かい雰囲気、安定した美味しさ！メニュー豊富ですが、生姜あんかけラーメンとトマトラーメンをいつも頼んでしまいます。生姜あんかけは所謂『全トロ』で、体の芯から温まる感じ。トマトラーメンは塩ベースですが、なんとも言えないバランスのとれた美味しさ！迷ったらとりあえずこのいずれかをたのんでしまう安定感です。
 Warm atmosphere and stable taste whenever you go! The menu is abundant, but I always ask for ginger ankake ramen and tomato ramen. Ginger ankake is so-called “All Toro”, warming from the core of the body. Tomato ramen is salt-based, but balanced and delicious! It is a sense of stability that you will enjoy one of these if you get lost.

牛乳味噌ラーメンやオリーブラーメン
トマトラーメンなど変わったメニューがあるお店
注文したのは豆乳辛子味噌ラーメン大盛にバター、ゆで卵トッピングでライス付
来た段階で頼み過ぎた事に後悔（笑）
豆乳と味噌とバターはよく合う(^^)
トッピング正解でした
大盛は思ったより多いので気おつけましょう（笑）
ライス無くても充分

子供が水をこぼしてしまい、ふくものをもらおうとしたら、ため息&舌打ちをされました。
味も大したことないというか、まずいです。
絶対行かない方がいいと思います。

何でもありで、どれも旨いです。
近所の常連さんが多いので要望に応える形でメニューが豊富になったんでしょうネ?
提供時間は早くてストレスありませんでした❗
また伺って今回は食べなかった「トマトラーメン」を食べたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店名だけだと昭和な喫茶店のようですが、実は新発田市の誇る、「隠れていない」ラーメンの名店です。写真は味噌チャーシュー麺ですが、若干オイリーな見た目に反しあっさりとした上品な味噌スープに、麺をたぐるやゴロゴロとチャーシューが現れます。このチャーシューがまた、豚バラ肉をトロリと煮込んだ実に旨味たっぷりで箸が止まらなくなります。現在はお昼のみの営業のようです。老夫婦おふたりで切り盛りされているお店ですので、なにとぞ少しでも長く頑張って下さるように。
The name of the shop is like a coffee shop in the Showa era, but it is actually a famous ramen shop that Shibata City is proud of. The photo shows miso char siu noodles, but the noodles are squeezed and roasted and char siu appear in the elegant miso soup, which looks slightly oily. This char siu is also made by boiling pork ribs with a trolley, and the chopsticks will not stop. Currently it seems to be open only for lunch. The restaurant is run by two elderly couples, so please do your best for as long as possible.

こちらの「トマトラーメン」が控えめに言って最高です！トマト好きなかたは是非一度食べてみてください✨
ここのトマトラーメンのレシピが知りたい(´；ω；`)!!!
店内は小上がり４席にカウンター５～６席程で、お水とおしぼりセルフです。
駐車場もあります。
自宅からちょこちょこ行ける距離でないのが残念ですが、こちらに用があったときは必ず寄らせていただいています♥️

The inside of the store has 4 small seats and 5 to 6 counter seats, and you can enjoy water and hand towels.
There is also a parking lot.
It's a pity that it's not a short distance from my home, but I always drop by when I have a need here ♥ ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カウンター１つ１つに透明のアクリル板で仕切りをするなど、感染対策をきちんとされてるお店です。
お店に入る前は、昔ながらの食堂かと思ってましたが、実際はラーメンのメニューが豊富でレモンラーメンなどの変わったラーメンもありました。
初めてでしたので私はラーメン、父親はチャーシュー麺を注文しましたが、父が美味しいと言って喜んで食べてました。
１人で来店されてる方もけっこういたので、１人でも入りやすいと思います。
