h	hikozuro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のお昼ちょうど頃にお邪魔しました。駐車場は店の前と、お店向かって右の道路向かいにもあります。 8割くらいの客入り、カウンターは間仕切りされており9席、小上がりとテーブル卓×2で、感染対策が徹底されていて綺麗な店内です。水とおしぼりはセルフサービスになります。開店後、2020年に店舗リニューアルがあってメニューも変更があったようですね。今回は背脂らぁ麺（細麺）750円を注文。スープは鰹出汁？の風味が美味くて質の良い背脂と全粒粉の細麺が絡んで相性抜群です。チャーシューは満月や武蔵とほぼ同じチャーシューですね。もやし、岩海苔、メンマ、どれも調和が取れていて素晴らしいです。開店当初の八戒ラーメンは魚介系出汁と動物系の脂のラーメンで今とは見た目も違って、オリジナリティ溢れるラーメンで好きでしたが、だるま屋系のラーメンにフルモデルチェンジという感じでちょっと寂しい感じも。でも店主さんがだるま屋で腕を磨いたということなので万人受けは間違いないです。他の味噌や坦々麺などもどんなラーメンになっているか楽しみです。ご馳走さまでした。 I visited you just around noon on Sunday.
