h	hikozuro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新発田市の飲屋街「新道」にあるラーメン店。今回は7月下旬の訪問だけど、外はフェーン現象で猛烈に暑い日の夜、店内に入ると蒸し暑くて空気か薄いw 冷房の効きが悪かったようで外にいるとき以上に蒸し暑い。噴き出る汗をタオル地のハンカチで拭いながら、らーめんを食す。透き通るスッキリしたスープと極細麺が飲んだ後に堪らない。しかしながら汗が止まらない。お客様が入る度に温度が上昇、汗が止まらないので瓶ビール再注文。お店の罠に嵌められてる気がする。何はともあれ、らーめんの味は素朴だけど美味い。ご当地おばこラーメンもある。飲んだ後のシメにいかがでしょうか。 A ramen shop located in Shindo, a drinking area in Shibata City.
