★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリプリ、つるしこの自家製麺と圧力寸胴で作られたスープの相性が良かったです。あごだしと店内にも表記がありましたが、いろんな味が口のなかに拡がって私の様な者にはわかりませんでしたσ(^_^;
メニュー、サイドメニュー、豊富な品揃えなので、飽きが来ないように工夫されています。もちろん、美味しかったです(^^)
 The soup made with the pressure-sized body and the homemade noodles made from prepuri and tsurushiko went well together. There was a notation on the chin and in the store, but various tastes spread in the mouth and people like me could not understand σ (^_^;
The menu, side menu, and a wide selection of items are designed so that you won't get bored. Of course, it was delicious (^^)

数年振りの訪問です。
以前は、もりそばを良く食べていたのですが、今回はジャンキー系二郎系の盛りが良いのが食べたくて。
飛龍がちめん870円に。→学生は学生証提示で670円?
具材は、もやしに、ネギ、チャーシュー1枚に細かい角切りチャーシューに味玉。
麺はストレート中細麺ってところか？
この?に、麺が合っていない。
もりそばと、同じ麺でツルツルしこしこ系なので、この?には太麺が合うなと。

This is my first visit in a few years.
I used to eat morisoba a lot, but this time I want to eat junky Jiro.
Hiryu is 870 yen. → Students show their student ID for 670 yen ?
The ingredients are bean sprouts, green onions, 1 piece of char siu, finely diced char siu, and taste balls.
Is the noodles straight medium-thin noodles?
The noodles don't match this ?.
The same noodles as Morisoba are smooth and chewy, so I thought that thick noodles would go well with this ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きなお店だし目立つし、いつか行かなきゃ！とずっと思ってました。願い叶ってようやくのれんをくぐることに。
そして、先入観も予備知識もなしで、メインの飛龍ラーメンを注文です。
まずスープ。
ん？おろろ？なんか和のテイストですな。む〜魚の濃い出汁を感じるぜと思ったら、そうかアゴ出汁か〜。コレは個性があるスープですな。メジャーにはなりきれないタイプだとしても、たまに食べたくなるヤツですコレ。美味しかったです。
焼き豚は固し。わざとだと思うけど、柔らかい方が好みなのでちと残念。
新発田の、他のお店を一通り回ったらまた来ますね❤️
It's a big shop and it stands out, so I have to go someday! I've always thought. I finally decided to go through the goodwill when my wish came true.
And I ordered the main Hiryu ramen without any prejudice or prior knowledge.
First soup.
Yeah? Are you gonna do it? It's a Japanese taste. Mmm ~ If you think you can feel the thick soup stock of fish, it's chin soup stock ~. This is a unique soup. Even if it's a type that can't be a major player, it's a guy who sometimes wants to eat. It was delicious.
The roast pork is firm. I think it's intentional, but I'm sorry that I prefer softer ones.
If you go around other shops in Shibata, you will come again ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「飛竜ラーメン」食べてきました。半額クーポンで355円！でした。大盛無料でスープがコッテリ濃厚！美味しいかったのですが、若い人向けかな？近くに新発田高校もあるし、コッテリはもう卒業かなぁ。
