★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 選択制のアメニティ。無駄がなくて良いけれど、セルフで持って上がるので、荷物の多い時には大変でした。荷物カートがあれば、又は案内があれば助かります。
エレベーター内のアルコール消毒は すごく助かります。一番 気になるエリアなので。
 Optional amenities. It doesn't have to be wasted, but it was difficult when I had a lot of luggage because I brought it up by myself. It would be helpful if you had a luggage cart or guidance.
Alcohol disinfection in the elevator is very helpful. It's the area I'm most interested in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well maintained hotel with clean comfortable beds. I would easily recommend this hotel if you plan on a driving trip. Convenient facilities just across the road too, the supermarket is especially well stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleased to find this hotel on a short trip to Niigata. Our room at the end of the hall was quiet. We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities. Special mention should be give about the staff who is extra courteous. The hotel offers great value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The size of the room was ample for us. We could all have a good night's sleep at a very reasonable price. We recommend this hotel for budget-conscious families traveling by car in the Niigata area and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.
