r	rika purple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンからお世話になっていますが、今回は半年ぶりの利用でした。通いやすいお値段で利用する立場としてはありがたいのですが、予約を詰め込みすぎでは？と感じました。初めてJr.ネイリストさんに施術して頂きましたが、私の前の方の施術が押して遅れてのスタート。当然、私の施術も時間オーバーでその後の予約の方のスタートも押してしまい、なんだか申し訳ない気持ちになりました。焦りはあったでしょうが、それでも手を抜かず丁寧に施術して頂きました。ベテランさんなら時間通りこなせるのかもしれませんが、新人さんにはゆとりを持たせて丁寧な施術ができるよう配慮すべきではないでしょうか？一人立ちまでしっかり時間をかけてあげて下さい。そもそも施術後は掃除や消毒も必要だし、施術途中の電話応対等も考慮すると予定時間きっちりで次の予約を受けるのは無理があると思います。お客様には予定時間に遅れるとメニュー変更やキャンセル扱いになることもあると言っておいて、店側が予約時間通りにサービスを提供できないのはいかがなものでしょうか？お値段を考えると回転率を上げたい気持ちもわかりますが、大事なことがおろそかになっているような感じを受け残念でした。次回、改善されていることを願ってます。 I have been indebted since the opening, but this time it was the first time in half a year. How about the store not being able to provide the service on time, even though customers may be treated as menu changes or cancellations if they are late for the scheduled time? Considering the price, I understand that I want to increase the turnover rate, but I was disappointed because I felt that the important things were neglected. I hope it will be improved next time.
