T	To Murakami, (フウ) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コスパ最強。館内、室内ともに清潔。スタッフの接客もよかった。 Cospa is the strongest. Both the hall and the room are clean. The customer service of the staff was also good.

ぴ	ぴっち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟駅に近く周辺に飲食店も多いのでとても便利でした。２人で宿泊するには部屋やベッドが若干手狭でしたが不満に感じるほどではありません。部屋・浴室とも掃除はじゅうぶんに行き届いています。アメニティは最低限揃っているレベル。唯一残念なのは浴槽の排水が今ひとつだった事くらいでしょうか。機会があればまた利用すると思います。 It was very convenient because it is close to Niigata station and there are many restaurants in the area. The room and bed were a little too small for two people to stay, but I'm not dissatisfied. The rooms and bathrooms are well cleaned. Amenity is at least complete. The only unfortunate thing is that the drainage of the bathtub was not good enough. I will use it again if I have a chance.
A	AREN KUBOYASU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8階建て？ですがエレベーターが1台しかなく、階段もないので争奪戦になります。フロントは2階にあり、エレベーターは2階で一度開く仕様になっているため待ち時間が長いです。特にチェックアウト時間間際は3～6階くらいから乗ろうとすると上の階の人で満員で乗れず、何度か見送ることも必要になりそうです。時間に余裕を持った滞在をおすすめします。 8 stories? However, there is only one elevator and there are no stairs, so it will be a battle for competition. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and the elevator is designed to open once on the 2nd floor, so waiting time is long. Especially when you try to get on from the 3rd to 6th floors just before the check-out time, the people on the upper floors are full and you may need to see off several times. We recommend a stay with plenty of time.
ら	らすかるあらいぐま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ くさいです。とにかくエレベーターに乗る待ち時間に、もうきっつい芳香剤の臭いが立ち込めていて吐きそうでした。タバコの匂い?を消すためなのか？あまりにも品のない、人工的な臭いに閉口しました。化学物質過敏症の方は倒れます。お勧め出来ません。ベッドは良かったので星2個。 It's ugly. Anyway, while I was waiting to get on the elevator, the smell of the fragrance was already strong and I was about to vomit. Is it to eliminate the smell of cigarettes ?? I closed my mouth to an artificial smell that was too dull. Those with multiple chemical sensitivity will collapse. Not recommended. The bed was good so 2 stars.

D	DIBYASWARUP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise a perfect place to stay. I liked the room, ambience, placement of objects in the room and specifically the bathroom though it was small. I have deducted one star only for the stained pillow which made me feel upset. Other than that, I really recommend this hotel to others.
