E	Eku Soyak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初来店はざるそば定食を頂きましたとてもおいしいお蕎麦でした！蕎麦はしっかり冷たくしめられていて茹で加減も良く蕎麦の締め方もよくのどごし抜群！小鉢の煮物も本当においしかったです２回目は温かい蕎麦を。温かい蕎麦も熱々でかなり体が温まります廿日市の沿岸部に比べ気温差がとてもあり、吉和地域はこの時期でも寒っ！となるので温かいお蕎麦はホッとなりますきのこそばはきのこたっぷりで蕎麦の味や食感を消さない出汁の味も最後までおいしく楽しめました。冷たいものは冷たく！温かいものは温かく！店主のこだわりをとても感じられますそば湯も自由に飲むことができ、そば湯好きにはたまりませんね本格的なお蕎麦屋さんで、とても気さくな店主と女おかみさん。基本的には夫婦で経営されてますので、GWやお盆夏休み期間など忙しい時間は待つこともあるのは承知で訪れてください。今季から大好きで何回か通ってますが、いつか天ぷらもお蕎麦と一緒に食べてみたいです！ The first visit shop had Zaruba side set meal It was a very delicious soba!
