★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼食時の列車の待ち時間に入店。空腹だったので割子そばに割子を1枚追加注文。ほぼ茹で時間のみという感じの待ち時間で供された（おそらく）10割蕎麦は、それなりの風味はありながらもかなりさっぱりした味わい。出汁は甘すぎず辛すぎずの程よい感じでたっぷりと添えられている。薬味の紅葉おろしがしっかりと主張していて、全く飽きがこないままにあっという間に胃の中へ。オススメ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 益田で食べられる出雲そば。蕎麦は少々茹で時間少な目で硬めだが、ちゃんと蕎麦の味がして、なかなか良い。おそらく機械で麺を切っているタイプ。
蕎麦つゆの濃さもちょうど良い。
時間がない人は割子蕎麦を頼むのが吉。
